- How do I book an appointment on Mawaeidk?
- Open the clinic's page, choose a service, then an available date and time, then a doctor available at that time, and confirm. All you need is your mobile number and a verification code; the appointment then appears under “My bookings”.
- Can I cancel or change a booking?
- Yes. You can cancel from “My bookings” up to one hour before the appointment; to change the time, cancel and book the new slot. Within the last hour, cancel directly with the clinic; any late-cancellation or no-show fee follows the clinic's policy.
- Is medical insurance accepted?
- It depends on the clinic. Each clinic's page lists the insurance companies it accepts, where available. Payment or use of your insurance card happens at the clinic itself, not through Mawaeidk.
- Will I get a reminder before my appointment?
- Yes. Booking confirmation, reminders and any change or cancellation are essential service notifications, and the reminder reaches you by SMS on the mobile number registered to your account.
- Which languages can I use?
- The website and app are available in Arabic and English; switch languages from the top of the page at any time.
- Which areas do the listed clinics cover?
- The clinics and centres listed today are in Doha and Al Khor, and we add new clinics as they join. Each clinic's address is shown on its page.
- Are the doctors and clinics licensed?
- Listed clinics are healthcare providers licensed in the State of Qatar, and each clinic is responsible for the valid licensing of its doctors and for the accuracy of the information it gives us. Mawaeidk is a booking platform only, does not independently verify professional competence, and a listing is not a recommendation from us.
